mediaPro 2009 took place in London last week and Bespoke clients, DirectSmile and HP, reported a very successful show.

mediaPro 2009 launch partner, DirectSmile, exhibited its latest marketing software solution, Cross Media. It was first time this innovative marketing tool was demonstrated in the UK, and the product's sophisticated capabilities attracted a lot of attention. Cross Media enables users to create personalised marketing campaigns which can then be leveraged across print, email and internet communication channels. The software also tracks campaign results, providing invaluable feedback which can be used to create even more targeted, profitable follow-up campaigns.

HP was sponsoring and hosting a range of topical, informative seminars at mediaPro 2009. Subjects including 'Where does print fit into the new media marketing mix?', 'Transforming transactional print through transpromo' and 'Connecting with the customer: Integrated communications' were presented by acclaimed industry professionals and proved extremely popular with the show delegates.
