Take a new approach to luxury packaging with Leo Luxe at Packaging Innovations London

18 September 2013 - Leo Luxe will demonstrate new finishing processes and ecological packaging solutions that create pioneering sensory, visual, and interactive experiences for the consumer at Packaging Innovations London (co-located with Luxury Packaging 2013), 1 - 2 October at the Business Design Centre, London, Stand E7.

The Leo Luxe stand will focus on the look of luxury made possible by the company's on-going developments of package design, finishes and technology. These advancements elevate brands and products with innovative consumer engagement, fostering greater brand loyalty.

Advanced packaging with features including LED lights, textures and creative shapes, as well as stunning colour and typography will demonstrate the impact of the Leo Luxe approach to packaging manufacturing.

Among the latest unique finishes on show are examples that combine techniques and processes that transform paper, to make it look and feel like other materials such as brushed metal, the skin of an orange, and even a neon sign.

Another stand highlight will be examples of ecological packaging that combine the benefits of technology with eco-friendly materials, to deliver a high-end look of luxury.

Also on display will be the latest additions to the Leo Luxe Folding Rigid Box Collection. The range provides an efficient packaging solution that minimises shipping costs and space at retail locations and sets up as a customised rigid box that maximises brand messaging.

Sizes and shapes can be tailored to suit all types of products. An assortment of closures - including separate lids, magnetic latches, ribbon pulls and tuck-in flaps - can be selected to provide a distinctive look.

Practical solutions for luxury brands

Leo Luxe's unique ‘Visioneering' approach to packaging design and manufacturing is set out in the ‘Visioneering Guide' which will be available to visitors on the stand. This shows insight into how Leo Luxe creates stand-out packages, which showcase the blending of design, printing, secondary process applications and the integration of technology to create a luxury look and a new level of user experience.

Cuan O'Callaghan, Leo Luxe, says, "Leo Luxe is a total packaging provider, from concept through to consumer and we are excited to show brands what they can do with the latest in innovative product design to give them attention grabbing ideas and inspiration. New sensations, including light and sound, as well as look and feel are taking luxury packaging into a whole new realm."

Visitors to the show are also invited to hear Steve McAdam, vice president of creative services, Leo Luxe, speak on ‘What Defines Luxury Packaging' in the LearnShop Theatre, Tuesday, 1 October at 11.30am. This will not only set out Leo Luxe's unique approach to the high-end market, but examine the current boundaries of this important market.
